The Dell EMC VNX succeeds the EMC’s Clariion and Celerra platforms offering scalable block and file hybrid storage solutions. The VNX is designed for mid-tier through enterprise platforms providing offerings which include file only, block only and unified. VNX offers increased drive density utilizing SAS drive technology, faster processor speeds with more efficient performance than the Clariion or Celerra predecessors.
