Employee Spotlight: Jack Carr

Client Development Manager

As of August 2022, Jack is one of the newest members of the Top Gun sales and client success team. As a Client Development Manager, Jack engages with clients across the Great Lakes Region and aligns our IT services and support to their specific needs. As a team member, Jack works side-by-side with Top Gun’s sales and solutioning team to ensure value creation for his clients. Jack establishes trusted relationships with his clients by always delivering on his commitments in a timely manner and always within a “service mindset.”

Prior to joining the company in a full-time position, Jack worked as an intern the last few summers within the company’s research and development lab, logistics and inventory control. Jack has a strong grasp of Top Gun’s business operations and L3-engineering capabilities. With a bachelor’s in Business Communications from Arizona State University, Jack recently completed a Capstone project with Deltek, where he was a key contributor within their demand generation department. With the combination of marketing, technical and operations background, Jack effectively communicates and informs potential clients on the benefits of third-party maintenance and guides them during their evaluation of multi-OEM maintenance and support solutions.

When recently asked about his experiences at Top Gun so far, Jack quickly offered that his positive experiences went much farther than the initial welcome he was provided. “Everyone at Top Gun treats me like family! They are genuinely willing to help, provide encouragement and make themselves available for ongoing training, mentorship and support. These industry experts continually provide information and guidance, without condition.”

Like many Minnesotans, Jack enjoys time with family and friends, and numerous outdoor activities.
