Job Summary:
You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs of each client and offering customized solutions that align with their business objectives. This role combines strategic account management with new business development, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, nurturing and strengthening relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Growth: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new and accounts.
Client Understanding: Deeply understand your clients’ business challenges, goals, and IT needs, positioning our services as solutions to help them succeed.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized support solutions that meet client needs, leveraging our full range of IT services.
Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company while closing deals efficiently.
Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, with a focus on both client retention and new business generation.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to proactively address client concerns and position our offerings effectively.
Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring that their needs are communicated and met by the appropriate teams.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system, providing regular reports on account performance and sales progress.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship roles, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing, managing and growing client accounts, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT services, including cloud solutions, managed services, and IT consulting.
Client-Centric: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key IT decision-makers.
Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing strategic account plans that drive long-term value for both the client and the company.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver client solutions.
