We provide an aggressive escalation plan tailored to meet our clients’ expectations and may be customized as per our clients’ requirements and/or preferences. We’ll even assist in the development of an appropriately detailed escalation plan to help differentiate from the competition.
Lastly, our experts provide all patch and EC-level upgrades for all products we support. We subscribe to and receive Microcode patches and EC level upgrades directly from IBM. We notify our client of all new patches or upgrades so our client can arrange for and schedule installation as per the requirements of their clients.
