Remote Enterprise Monitoring

Top Gun Technology has developed its own state-of-the-art, Call-Home solution. We named it Remote Enterprise Monitoring. Our system can monitor all IBM platforms capable of Remote Support. IBM equipment continually monitors itself for errors and when a predetermined threshold is reached, Remote Enterprise Monitoring will dial home to the Top Gun Technology Resource Center and the on-site maintenance provider is then notified within minutes of the actual failure and provided the following information:

  • Site location and contact details
  • Machine type, model and serial number
  • Problem description
  • Primary ref code
  • FRU location and part number

Our Remote Enterprise Monitoring system can pass along basic information directly to your technicians, or we can provide Top Gun technical support as part of the escalation process. How and to whom data is communicated is customizable as per the needs or preferences of our clients.
