IBM zSeries "Break/Fix" Training

Classroom and hands-on lab work will be a rigorous three-day event. Tuesday - Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with lunches provided).

Objectives for the program will include the following:

  • zSeries whole systems overview
  • Key parts and features identification
  • Problem determination (exposure to FRU replacement)
  • Hands-on operations
  • Good client relations (expectations, prioritization, communications and rapport)
  • Successfully pass an oral exam and several hands-on tests given by the instructor

Next Scheduled zSeries Class: October 7-9, 2008

Also, please call to arrange special classes for earlier or later than the next scheduled class or to arrange for a class that covers multiple platforms. We will work to accommodate any request and any schedule.
